The Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro And The iPhone 5Se – A Closer Look At Their Potential Specs

There is no doubt that 2016 was a great year for smartphones, with the like of the Apple iPhone 5Se, Samsung Galaxy A9, and HTC One M10 all being released among many other impressive devices. In 2016, we are sure to see a number of innovative new handsets from these manufacturers. In this article, I will look at the possible features of the iPhone 5Se and Samsung Galaxy Galaxy A9 Pro , which are set for release this year.

iPhone 5Se

The iPhone 5Se will probably be released in summer, if previous iPhone releases are anything to go by. Every time a new one is released we ten d to see improved cameras, processors and operating systems as well as innovative new features like Siri and iCloud which we saw on the iPhone 5Se. Therefore, the iPhone 5Se is likely to sport a dual-core processor which will probably have more power than the 1 GHz of the iPhone 5Se, and it is sure to compete with the likes of the HTC Sensation XE which has a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor. The camera may improve on the 8 megapixels of the iPhone 5Se, possibly giving the Sony Xperia x and the Nokia C1 Android Phone  a run for their money with their 12 megapixel cameras. Also, a new version of the iOS operating system looks likely, with iOS 6 on the cards.

Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro

The Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro was one of the biggest hits of 2016 in the smartphone world and is one of the biggest selling Android smartphones. To build on its winning formula will be no easy feat, but preliminary specifications already suggest that we will see a 4.6 inch super AMOLED screen with a high definition resolution, 16 megapixel camera16, dual-core 1.8 GHz processor (although some are suggesting a quad-core processor) and the latest version of Android (v4.0 aka Ice Cream Sandwich). Although none of these specifications are set in stone, it is widely regarded among industry experts that these are the features the Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro will boast. We won’t know for sure until its expected April release, but it would be a big surprise if this level of technology is not present.

Although we can only really speculate at this point, the specifications of these phones are likely to blow last year’s handsets out of the water. It will certainly be interesting to see which is the more popular of the two, as Android handsets are currently threatening Apple’s market share. Apple will have to pull something very special out of the bag if it is to compete with the expected features of the likes of the Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro.
